5 Tips for Painting Your House
Everyone thought I was crazy to paint my entire house by myself. And they were right. Was I so sick of painting by the end? Absolutely. But with all of the other renovations and repairs I had to do on my home, I couldn’t afford to hire out the painting. Plus, I would be lying if I said I didn’t change my mind about a color after I already started painting. If you’re going to hire a professional to paint, you need your colors to be 100% thought out. And that is just not my style.
After painting my entire 2000 sq/ft house (every ceiling, wall, door, baseboard, and window), I came up with my top 5 painting tips. My 6th tip might be to cave and hire a professional painter but if you’re planning on sticking it out like me, follow these rules!
