Passive Cooling Techniques are Meaningless | Sustainable Architecture
Today most of the Passive Cooling Techniques, frequently discussed, prove meaningless as they are clubbed with Air Conditioning systems especially in regions of composite climate. Apart from using techniques to reduce heat gain (choice of materials (U-value), building orientation etc.), its high time architects must look in the direction of integrating passive cooling techniques that can support and take away the load from Air Conditioning systems.
