Chrome automatically offers you to save password for a website when you enter your personal information in a login form for that website.
But here is the method for saving password when not asked by chrome.
If that pop-up for saving password does not appear, or it disappears mistakenly, simply look for a ‘key’ symbol in address bar of browser, select it and click ‘Save’ to save password for that website.
Pro Tip: The ‘key’ symbol only appears briefly after filling out login form.
You can also try deleting and re-entering the details in form on a website to trigger Chrome for offering you to save the password.
You can also manually save a password by clicking Add button here. Settings → Autofill → Passwords.
In Chrome Password Manager try editing password and remove any password saved for multiple times.
