Visual Studio 2015 is SUPER Slow to Respond (FIXED!)

This is me holding down the Down/Up/PgDn/PgUp keys, typing, etc. It hangs for seconds at a time while doing anything!
The same is true while simply typing text. It's ridiculously difficult to use for actual work.
I have VS2008, 2010, and 2012 installed as well. 2008 and 2010 do not exhibit this problem, 2012 and 2015 both do. HELP?
Performance is identically bad with Fraps and the key-display program closed.
I have tried every solution I found online, including disabling the source-control plugin, changing how Intellisense works...nothing helps.
I don't care that you can see the code, that's why I chose this file. :^P I'm TRYING to convert Indivisible to VS2015, but at this rate why would I bother? :^(
