Setting up and solving the Diet Problem linear program in Excel 2007 Solver
In Solver 2010, you don't need to go to the Options dialog--you can tell Solver 2010 that it is linear under "Select a solving method"--choose Simplex. And, to do the usual non-negativity constraint, you also don't have to go to Options.
