The Ninth Generation Retrospective - Forspoken
Forspoken, the first of the 3 major 2023 Triple A releases from Japanese RPG company Square Enix. Developed in-house under their former Luminous Productions studio, Forspoken has earned the reputation of being one of the worst if not THE worst game that has been released to market so far this year. Suffering from a myriad of issues from a boring open world with maddening repetitive activities to a cliche story that doesn't try to some of the most trite dialogue, character designs, and art direction seen in quite some time, Forspoken is yet another sign that Square Enix hasn't learned a thing when it comes to quality vs quantity.
