Learning SQL Queries -- Grouping Data and Working with Subqueries
SQL is a useful skill for data scientists which often appears in job descriptions and interviews. The SDML book club will be meeting Tuesdays for an introduction to writing SQL queries. This series will focus on the practical side of writing SQL to pull data out of a database. We will be using the book Sams Teach Yourself SQL in 10 Minutes by Ben Forta (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/013...) as our primary source. This series is open to beginners and has no prerequisites.
This session will cover lessons 10 and 11, about grouping data to return multiple aggregations and about using subqueries. Everyone is welcome!
