19 3 2 Practice Installing & Removing Browser Software
In this scenario, you'll practice installing and uninstalling an application.
You've already visited the Google Chrome website and downloaded the Chrome installer. To complete this lab, install Chrome from the Downloads folder. When the installation is complete, uninstall Chrome from the computer.
To install Google Chrome:
Navigate to the Downloads folder in File Explorer.
Double-click the installation file.
Wait while Chrome is installed.
To uninstall Google Chrome:
Close the Chrome browser window.
In Settings, go to Apps, then Apps & features.
Select Chrome from the list, then select Uninstall.
Follow the on-screen instructions until the application is uninstalled.
