Printing Multiple Google Docs at Once
How to print off multiple Google Docs in a few simple steps.
I am to be as paperless as possible in my classroom, but there are times when it is easier and more convenient to grade or fill out assignments by hand. This allows me to print off individual copies of student work in a matter of seconds, versus opening every assignment one by one.
If you don't want to watch the video, the steps are:
Select all the documents you want to print
Right click and hit "download" to create a Zip Folder
Open that Zip Folder in Finder (Mac) or the PC equivalent
You'll see a Zip Folder with a down arrow on the lefthand side
Click the arrow, and highlight all the documents that should have come from Drive
Hit "command + P" to send to your printer.
