Hi and we'll come back in this video I'm going to show you how to secure a WordPress site using a free plug in called All-In-One WP security. So first of all you need to log into your Wordpress dashboard you'll select plugins and click add new.Now search for all in one W.P. security and select the first one and click Install now and then activate the plugin once activated. You should see a tab here called WPA security and some different options. So go ahead and select settings and click W.P. version for this option.HIJO WordPress version to secure the site from people who are trying to scan your website and find what version you are using. So click save settings and go to user accounts. This basically means that you shouldn't have an admin username because that's a very common user name and hackers can take that username with a brute force attack. So I strongly recommend changing the admin user.Next go to database security and change the table prefix to add a layer of protection for a database.
