If you want to become the prophet you have to be chosen by the Pharaoh
So once you are rich enough or establish good relations with pharaoh you can suggest or you will be appointed to the place as a prophet
Once you are selected as a prophet by pharaoh your outfit will change and you will get a nice hat and a wear
Then just head to the temple and nurture the cows, you get 2 deben for each without tax. After you head inside the temple and sacrifice the cow you have selected.
