Batman Arkham Knight - Benchmark

I decided to do this benchmark after the most recent update of Batman Arkham Knight which came out on the 28th of October 2015(not sure about the version), not sure about what if supposedly have fixed/improved on but i seem to be getting higher frames than i did before the update.
I ran the game though its in game benchmark tool but i also did a fraps benchmark of me just playing(wanted to see if there was a big difference in fps, because there used to be)
Average FPS before update was around: 30 FPS
Average FPS on October 28th update is: 78 FPS
Computer Specs
MSI X79-GD65 (8D)
Intel i7 3930k 4.0Ghz
GIGABYTE 980Ti G1 Gaming
Corsair 16GB Memory
In game specs as you could see are maxed out.(except for motion blur because its annoying)
I tweaked the max fps limiter up to 120 fps instead of the default max of 90(stupid IMO).
