Ho'oponopono prayer to heal a couple's relationship
This prayer arose lovingly in response to requests I received.

Divine Creator, Father, Mother, Son, all as One, if I, (your name), my family, and ancestors have offended you, (name of your partner, or ex-partner, or person with whom you wish to heal this bond), your family, and ancestors, we humbly ask for forgiveness.
I am sorry for the shared memories that led us to this situation (here you can say only that, or add the specific situation, for example: this situation of infidelity, etc.). I lovingly ask that these memories be released to the Divine, to be healed and returned to us in Pure Light.
I ask for forgiveness for the erroneous thoughts I have/had about us. For the thoughts of anger, resentment, pain, infidelity, anguish, lack of love, intolerance, disrespect, humiliation, devaluation, pride, lust, vanity, lies, violence, and ingratitude that I had toward you, and for the same thoughts that I allowed you to have toward me. I also ask forgiveness for all the actions we committed together based on those erroneous thoughts. I also ask forgiveness for the actions I could have taken for the good of us both, but didn't. I ask that all of this be released, surrendering it to the Divine, so that it may be healed and returned to us in Pure Light.
Thank you, ... (again, the name of the person with whom you are doing this process), for what we have experienced together, which led me to this place of self-knowledge. Thank you for what you saw in me that was valuable enough to be/have been with me this time. Thank you for the good times that uplifted me as a person, and thank you for the not-so-good times that showed me this reality that I wish to heal.
I love you for what you know/knew how to give me while love governs our actions. I forgive you for what you give/gave me when fear governs our actions, and I also ask for your forgiveness for that. I love you for being who you are. I love you because I recognize your light as part of your divine essence. I bless your Being.
