[Arknights] Choice Ticket For Indra/Vulcan
This feature came to CN on CC#1
I chose Indra over Vulcan bc I'd still use [Guard] tag for Castle,
and getting Vulcan is (relatively) easier than getting Indra.
Doesn't mean one is better than the other as operator.
Counting for the ticket starts after the achievement patch is live, any recruits you do now won't.
You get one ticket at 300, next at 1000.
