Unloader of hopper type cars
Hello, you are welcomed by the company VS-Ukraine. Today we have a presentation of the unloader of hopper-type cars with a capacity of 60 tons per hour.
Designed to move a grain. Horizontal augers for grain are driven by a 2.2 kW electric motor. 4 such screws with a diameter of 140 mm are placed in the pallet. They move the material to the pick-up auger with a larger diameter, placed in an inclined pipe. In motion the screw conveyor is driven by an electric motor with a belt transmission of 3 kW.
The screw coil has a cross section of 230 mm and is placed in a pipe with a diameter of 250 mm.
The thickness of the blades is 2 mm. The total length of the unloader cars is 3400 mm, width 1100 mm. The unloader is placed on wheels, which allows you to quickly move it to the right place. This movable conveyor has a bunker height 500 mm along with rubber sides.
