Rocky Linux is a free Linux distribution designed to be 100% compatible with the leading American enterprise Linux distribution (!) now that its downstream partner, CentOS, has changed direction. It is undergoing intense community development. Rocky Linux is led by Gregory Kurtzer, founder of the CentOS project. There is no ETA for a release.
