In this video I compare TWO free AI voice cloning models — Lux TTS and Chatterbox TTS — running on Google Colab.
Both models were tested using:
• The SAME script
• The SAME reference voice
• Default settings
• Real-time generation
You’ll hear the output from each model and see which one produces the most accurate and natural voice clone.
⭐ My conclusion: One model clearly performs better — but also has a drawback you should know.

🧠 Models tested:
Lux TTS (Voice Cloning)
Chatterbox TTS Server
Both running on Google Colab using Gradio interfaces.
---
⚡ Key observations:
✔ Generation speed
✔ Voice similarity
✔ Audio quality
✔ Artifacts / errors
✔ Playback adjustments
---
📌 Fix for Chatterbox slow speech:
Increase playback speed to ~1.4x–1.5x during editing instead of changing speed settings inside the model.
