For the front arches, you'll need:
2 sheets of BASE vibration-absorbing sheet, 2.5mm (or 4mm) (470x750)
2 sheets of Splen heat and sound insulation, 5mm (470x750)
I got a roller for rolling the vibration insulation, a plastic one, from a hardware store; they're used for gluing baseboards.
I bought the material on Prom.ua; in theory, it should be cheaper at the auto market, and you can feel it right away.
