Tarkov's New Boss and Karma System is Confusing
Tarkov with the newest update added a new boss into the game. Another nomadic entity that roams different maps with the sole purpose of hunting down players. Partizan, as he is named, goes after both PMC and scav who have low karma. On top of the new boss, a new karma system was also added that Partizan takes full advantage of. It's technically not PMC karma, but this might be the first iteration of that idea. And man is it convoluted, confusing, and at worst, restrictive in how it wants players to engage with the game. So, what is the new karma system? How is the new boss involved? And will this begin to change the landscape of how players play Tarkov? Let's talk about it.
