How did he get into Raffles Institution?
Some ministers were caught chit-chatting in Parliament, with their personal conversations picked up by the microphone. Some pointed out that one of the voices sounded like Minister of Foreign Affairs Vivian Balakrishnan, who is seated near the mic stand, mocking Leong Mun Wai during the CECA debate.
Dr Vivian Balakrishnan wrote in a Facebook post, "I disagree with him on the issue, but I should not have said what I said. Mr Leong has accepted my apology."
Raffles Institution (RI) is the oldest institution in Singapore, providing secondary and pre-university education. RI has the highest number of admissions to the University of Cambridge and one of the highest Ivy League admissions rates.
