A home server from a mini-PC with Proxmox! Minecraft, Telegram bots, and your projects
In this video, I'll show you how to build a home server on a GenMachine mini PC: from installing the Proxmox hypervisor and setting up virtual machines (VPS) to launching your own Minecraft server and Telegram bots. We'll cover in detail which tasks can realistically be handled on a mini PC, such as a home mini cloud or a smart home service, and when it's worth building a full-fledged machine. As a bonus, I'll show you how to set up a static local IP address, port forwarding, and how to backup virtual machines.
