How Long Does It Take An Endurance Athlete to Recover
Have you been wondering what it's like after getting the vaccine for that big illness that's going on around the world? How long does the recovery take? How long after receiving the shot do you have to wait before you can start training again? Can you train at high intensity right away? There are many different symptoms people are experiencing after getting their second dose of the Pfizer and Moderna shots. While many people don't notice any symptoms others experience some for quite a while. Articles stating symptoms may last two to three days seem to be a bit misleading.
