Based on "What if Raditz Survived?", I wanted to take that same concept and try it with another villain. Gohan's Father-Son Kamehameha seems successful, but much to King Kai's shock, he can't confirm Cell's death. Little does everyone know, Cell barely was able to survive once more, this time launched far into the depths of space by Gohan's attack. With another chance at life, what will Cell's plan be this time, and how will everyone respond? Let's discuss!
