➢What is "Where The Giants Roar"?
"Where The Giants Roar" is a fantasy webcomic with a diverse cast dealing with themes as ego and self esteem and how it's affected by the relationships of the people around you. We follow a squad of the Guards, the police and peacekeepers of this fantasy world where humans, giants and other creatures have to live together.
➢Why this animatic?
This animatic is sort of like part 2 of my previous one, where I also used audio of the movie Road To El Dorado. I had so much fun making it that I wanted to do more and this scene was also perfect, showing the horror the comic will contain.
The story with these animatics is that Koios and Menos are accidentally seen as gods by a cult due to their Ancient Rings.
➢How did you make this?
This was drawn in MediBang PaintPro and Photoshop and put together in iMovie. I'd love to work with After Effects with future animatics.
➢May I give you tips for your next animatic?
You're welcome to give me some small tips/pointers to make my next animatic look better. Do remember, I don't have ambitions to become a serious animator, so I'm not interested in full classes. I do this just for fun/hobby. So just small little tips are welcome.
