Hello Friends, Welcome to my channel ‪@DigitaLWalkwaY‬
In today's video we are going to learn how to use indirect and match functions with VLOOKUP.
The power of VLOOKUP increases when we use VLOOKUP with indirect and match functions.

I hope you are all aware about how to use VLOOKUP.
In this video I have explained details about what is an indirect function and what is a match function.
In short, if I explain an indirect function, it is to look up the value indirectly by using a cell reference number.
Indirect function most widely used to create drop down lists by data validation.
Match function is also important to interchange the column number by using VLOOKUP.

In short, if I explain the match function, it is just the location OR position of value.

In VLOOKUP, you know that we can choose the table only once or we can choose only one table. But if you have more than one table in your data sheet and if you want to use VLOOKUP and want to locate the value from different tables then you have to use indirect function or either choose function.

In this video we are going to combine VLOOKUP with an indirect function to locate the value from different tables plus we will use a match function to interchange the column number values.

VLOOKUP have different arguments and in those arguments there is one argument “table array” instead of “table array” we have to use an indirect function and there is one more argument in the VLOOKUP called it “column index number” and instead of using “column index number” we will use the match function.

This video is a little bit longer but I have tried my best to explain all the details.
Please watch this video till the end to know how to use this combination of formulas.
