In this guide, I’ll show you how to easily find the Somber Smithing Stone 5 in Elden Ring an essential upgrade material for special weapons! ⚔️

💬 WHY IS THIS STONE IMPORTANT?
Somber Smithing Stones are used to upgrade unique and boss weapons, taking them all the way up to +10. Getting your hands on a Somber Stone [5] early in the game gives you a MASSIVE advantage.
Each upgrade has a greater impact compared to regular weapons, which require more resources per level.
📍 WHERE TO FIND IT:
Starting from the exit of the tunnel where you were teleported by a trap chest, I’ll guide you toward the Aeonia Swamp.
Follow the right side of the swamp, slip into a natural ravine, and at the end of the path, defeat a bizarre enemy (a giant orb full of faces!) to get the stone.
