Steps Summary:
1. Install XAMPP and extract DVWA to the htdocs folder.
2. Change config.inc.php.dist to config.inc.php.
3. Create a user account and a database named "dvwa" with the password: p@ssw0rd in phpMyAdmin.
4. Go to localhost/dvwa/setup.php.
5. Click on Reset/Create Database.
