Firewire boards are pretty sick and I'm kinda becoming a fan boy. They have also been really kind in their demo process and I'm super into the Helium boards.
I own the Firewire Seaside & Beyond (7ft) in LFT. I've riden a 5'10 Seaside in Heliun and a 6'1 Seaside in Volcanic. The 6'1 rode better than I thought it would being so oversized, and can def replace or add to your longboard quiver.
Seaside & Beyond is acutally a bit different. Essentially a long Seaside, it's acutally a bit more nimble in certain ways shape wise. This makes it excel in bigger surf.
I've also been riding the Sweet Potato and have to throw it into the ring last minute. Could it be the one?
