A lot of people talk about how they struggle to do 4 or more sessions a week because of DOMs or even talk about some difficulty with mobility in many exercises, such as squats 🏋🏻♀️
This is a five minute little stretch session that I do after every gym workout, on top of this once a week I do an extra long one just to help with my flexibility for splits and tricks 👯
