To get the spring cleaning achievement in state of decay you need to clear out 15 infestations within May, once you have accomplished this achievement you unlock a in game vehicle the "spring cleaning sports car" to get it in the game press down on the d-pad and buy the car for 250 influence it will then spawn outside your home base.
