How to make a Vintage effect in Gimp
Hi everyone, In this tutorial I will show you this quick but cool looking vintage effect. We are going to use hue and saturation, brightness and contrast, and the curves in this tutorial. I just wanted to familiarize you guys with these tools a little in Gimp. You can do all sorts of cool things with just those three filters. This effect can be used on a bunch of different images. The vintage photo look is pretty popular now a days. I was inspired to do this look because I was looking at some old photos. I seen the low saturation and the magenta in there.
