you should change the "Allowed domains for the redirection via the module" parameter from the AcyMailing configuration page
Solution :
First, update to your joomla installation to 3.8.3
Second, then enter admin panel and
Go to acymailing - configuration - Subscription tab -- Allowed domains for the redirection via the module
Here you need to set "all"
