I'm not the first to do this, but most tutorials show you how to do this in Cinema 4D. Blender is free. It's also what I use so here's a tutorial on how to do it in Blender.
In this video I assume you know how to render your Roblox character into Blender. If not, there are other tutorials on Youtube of how to do so.
