Steps
• Open Microsoft Teams → Click your Profile icon (top-right) → Check Status.
• Manually change status → Select Available, Busy, Do not disturb, or Away.
• (Optional) Click Reset status to clear any stuck updates.

• Ensure your Teams app is updated → Go to Profile → Check for updates.
