Notes
===========
Manual sharing allows users to grant one-off access to their individual records for users, roles, and public groups. Manual sharing is available:
To the record owners, their managers in the role hierarchy, and administrators.
The users who can manually share records are
1. Record Owner.
2. Administrator.
3. User above the role of the Record Owner's role.
1) Sometimes it’s impossible to define a consistent group of users who need access to a particular set of records.
2) Record owners can use manual sharing to give read and edit permissions to users who don’t have access any other way.
3) Manual sharing isn’t automated like organization-wide sharing settings, role hierarchies, or sharing rules.
4) But it gives record owners the flexibility to share particular records with users that must see them.
