IoT Multi-Zone Thermostat - Alexa Skill Demonstration
In this video I demonstrate the Matlus IoT Thermostat and the Integration with Alexa and a UWP Application. I also show you the rest of the Eco system that supports the full functionality of the the Thermostat, such the Azure Worker Roles, Notifications Hub, Amazon AWS Lambda.
In forth coming videos, we'll take a deep dive into the Circuit for the Thermostat, the PBC design the Software for the Microcontroller, the Alexa Skill's Node.js application as well Azure Worker Role and Notifications Hub.
The PCB in the demo uses the Particle Photon MCU but I also have a PCB for the WeMos D1 Mini/Pro for those of you interested in using the ESP8266 instead of the Particle Photon.
