2 Creation of new Test Directory in Current Directory by using -ItemType parameter

3 Create Test file by defining name of file in Path only

HR Department update list of New Joiners in CSV file and upload it to a shared location. IT Admin need to schedule a script, that will create Backup folder for each new joiner. Now we need to create Script for Admin, that will –
------- Fetch Information from File shared by HR Department
------- Based on information in file, will create a folder for each user separately on File Server
------- Naming of folder should be like FirstNameLastname_Department
------- Each newly created Folder should contain a Subfolder “Instructions” and file Instruction.txt inside this Subfolder with Some Instructions written into it.
