Here's the steps.
Step 1) Close Asus GPU Tweak III, Close OBS.
Step 2) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver.

Step 3) Disable Onboard/Integrated Graphics card in Device manager
You can launch the game and then enable Onboard/Integrated Graphics card in Device manager.
Step 4) Run the game on dedicated graphics card.
Step 5) If you are unable to launch Vulkan apps/game on notebooks with AMD Radeon iGPUs.
Type "Advanced System Settings"
DISABLE_LAYER_AMD_SWITCHABLE_GRAPHICS_1
You can always revert the change by deleting it after you've finished playing
Step 6) Install Latest Vulkan.
Step 7) Roll back graphics driver to older versions.
AMD users can install previous version
Step 8) Update Windows.
Step 9) Verify the game files.
Step 10) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder.
Step 11) Allow the game to Antivirus program and Windows Security.
Step 12) Delete the save game files (You will lose all the game progress).
Step 13) Cap the FPS at 60 (for example via your NVIDIA control panel, or VSYNC).
Step 14) Try these in launch options.

Step 15) For server crash Define the servers as "favorite" in Steam
In Steam go to View\Game Servers\Favorites\+ (then add your IP and port.).
Now when you go into game it will be at the top of the server search field. Thats how you may find your server.

Step 17) If able to launch the game, switch to Windowed mode, turn off fog and lower down video settings.
Step 18) Unplug hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), Close all the overclocking app such as MSI Afterburner, riva tuner etc. Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, close Firefox/chrome browser and third-party app, remove the undervolt, perform clean boot
Step 19) Increase the Virtual Memory:
View Advanced system settings .
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram.
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram.
Step 20) Update System BIOS.
Step 21) Uninstall the game, delete the game files, restart your PC and reinstall the game to C Drive/Another SSD.
