Brake force regulator: necessary or not? (sorcerer) using the Audi 100 C4 as an example
Rear brake pressure regulator. While bleeding the brakes, the brake pedal suddenly sank and I heard a clicking sound from behind. I immediately crawled under the car and discovered a leak near the rear left wheel. It turned out the brake pressure regulator had fallen apart. I then unscrewed it and connected the brake lines directly from the ABS unit to the calipers. The result was very good brakes. I RECOMMEND this to anyone experiencing the same problem as me.
