How Caliber Builds Faster for BC
Being involved in the BC Builds program means Caliber is part of a new model for delivering housing to middle-income earners, teachers, nurses and trades people in British Columbia.
This has been a true partnership with BC Builds, BC Housing, and the Township of Langley, moving from concept to shovel in the ground on 246 units in under one year.
It’s an initiative that aligns with our purpose of building people and process, and our commitment to serving the communities we live in.
These projects are part of the first cohort of fast-track delivery under BC Builds and represent Caliber’s growing involvement in the non-market housing sector.
