Mix Sausage Canapé -
It's wine night and you are looking for something to fill the table platter, Alexa makes the perfect savory treat that all your friends won't be able to stop eating.
INGREDIENTS
6 Caribbean Passion Sausage (2 x Italian, 2 x Jerk Chicken & 2 x Chorizo)
¼ cup of each cheese (Fontina, Cheddar & Mozzarella)
1 tbsp Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Chop sausage into ½” slices on the bias
3. Transfer sausages to an oiled sheet tray
4. Put in oven for 8 minutes flipping halfway through
5. Take the sausages out of the oven and place on serving tray
6. Top each sausage with a cube of cheese and secure with a toothpick
