This is a breakdown of how we created our very first studio intro at Sanema Dekho, an indie animation studio focused on telling Indian-origin stories through stylized visuals.
In this video, we walk you through the entire pipeline from modeling and rigging to animation, lighting, FX, and final compositing.
This is not a step-by-step tutorial. It is a raw look into the process, decisions, and workflow behind building something from scratch.
