Solo Panantukan Combos
A quick tutorial on Solo Panantukan Striking Combinations to develop ambidexterity, flow, and the ability to change stances.
Prefix:
1. Double Hammer Fist
2. Ikis - Angle #1 & #2
3. Low Jab Angle #5, Hammer Fist Angle #2 (Half-Ikis)
Suffix
1. Cross-Hook-Cross
2. Cross-Uppercut-Cross
3. Overhand-Uppercut-Overhand
-Start with the prefix as an entry and add the suffix as a follow-up combination
-Isolate the combos in Orthodox stance, and then Southpaw
-After feeling comfortable, practice switching stances and flowing with the combos using the open female triangle footwork
