First, we have the Merkur 34C HD, which is a great razor for beginners. This is a mild razor with no adjustability and is a perfect starter safety razor. Second, we have the Rockwell 6C or 6S, this razor is adjustable and it will allow you to begin to learn with this and then after you learn to shave, You will be able to make the adjustments to get a more aggressive shave. Which you will want a more aggressive razor after you learn how to shave your face. Third, and final razor is a muhle R41or just R41. This razor is the most aggressive razor I have ever tried and yes it does remove growth with ease. Not to worry though because if you were looking for aggression this is your razor for sure.
