Asus Memo Pad ME176CX / ME176C review

This is my review for the Asus Memo Pad ME176CX, one of the best affordable 7 inch tablets of the moment, which sells for as little as $150.
For that kind of money you'll be getting and nicely built device, with a colorful outer-case, a good IPS screen and powerful Intel Atom BayTrail Z-series hardware.
The specs don't translate as well as I was hoping in everyday performance though, as the MemoPad ME176CX is a bit slower than I was expecting. But this should be addressed with future software updates.
Asus also has the ME176 C version fo this tablet in stores, which comes with better 5 Mpx / 1.2 MPx cameras, with the ME176CX gets only a 2 Mpx shooter on the back and a 0.3 MPx one on the front. There's no price difference between the two.
All in all, the MemoPad ME176CX is a very nice tablet, as demonstrated by this review, and if you only have $150 for a good slate these days, this is the best A-Brand option you can get.
