I've done helpdesk for a combined 2 years time. I've asked if someone has restarted their computer hundreds of times and I'm not even exaggerating.
I've spent anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour simply resetting a password, longer ones usually because user error. I have some wonderful experiences that are both sad and hilarious that I could easily fill an hour of helpdesk story time.
