Make your own OpenWRT WR840ND firmware and add 8MB or 16MB internal memory
Hi Ridwan, this time I have a TP-Link WR840ND router. I've replaced the memory IC with a 16MB chip, the 25Q125FV. Here, I'm going to build my own OpenWRT firmware. I also plan to install the MWAN3 application, or load balancing application, on this TP-Link WR840ND router.
Actually, there's already a ready-made firmware file, but it's missing from the software tab, so I can't install OPKG or other apps. For how, watch the video.
