▇ Rarely has a privatization project been so unjustifiable and poorly conceived.
The government is preparing to sell, at an undervalued price, a monopoly it will be unable to regulate, to the detriment of users, airlines, and taxpayers. And it will invest the proceeds in assets that generate less revenue than the company it will have sold.
This privatization is therefore nothing more than a transfer of wealth from the public to the wealthiest. But Macron must reward his campaign supporters and demonstrate his good faith to Brussels in his budget management, even if it means descending into absurdity. The triggering of the joint initiative referendum by parliamentarians offers us a small window of legal challenge against this project; we must seize it!
