Shashlik just like you get at your local chip shop.
Today I'm showing you an amazing recipe for grilled shashlik.
I can't stress enough how delicious it is! You absolutely have to try it!
... Here are the ingredients:
1.8 kg pork neck
2 onions
Wooden skewers
A little oil

For the seasoning:
3 tbsp sweet paprika
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp granulated onion
For the sauce:
300 ml Hela Shashlik Sauce (yes, it's a must!) :)
3 tbsp paprika paste
200 ml ketchup
200 ml BBQ sauce
330 ml beer
