STRUN BAH QO (Storm Wrath Lightning) Dragon shout "Storm Call" in the Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim.

The Storm Call shout simply calls a thunderstorm for the players aid. The storm creates lightning that will strike all creatures in the proximity of the player (up to 60 feet or so). This shout can not be used indoors. (I didnt get it to strike a dragon, so not sure if it works for them).
